Who can take part
- Age 19 or older
- Diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma (a common type of prostate cancer)
- Prostate gland smaller than 100 cubic centimeters before hormone therapy starts
- A clear tumor visible on MRI scans (PI-RADS score 4 or 5)
- Mild or moderate urinary symptoms (IPSS score below 16)
- No prior cancer treatment, no other cancers in the last 5 years, and no history of rectal, bladder, or anal cancer
