Who can take part

  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that tests positive or low for HER2 (a protein on some cancer cells).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You can still take care of yourself and are up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have not had certain types of chemotherapy or antibody-drug conjugates recently.
  • You have not had other cancers in the last 5 years, and your heart and organ function are relatively healthy.
