BL-M07D1 for HER2-positive or HER2-low breast cancer

Breast CancerLocally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumor

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This Phase 1 study tests BL-M07D1, a new investigational medicine, in people with HER2-positive or HER2-low breast cancer (and other solid tumors) that can’t be operated on or has spread. It aims to find a safe dose and learn how well the treatment may work based on HER2 levels in tumor tissue.

Who can take part

  • Be age 18 to 75 (and likely have a disease stage that matches the study’s age limits), and sign consent.
  • Have cancer that is HER2-positive or HER2-low, with confirmation by pathology, and that has failed standard treatment or no standard options are available.
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and expect to live at least 3 months.
  • Be well enough for treatment: performance status (ECOG) 0 or 1, and past treatment side effects have mostly recovered to low levels.
  • Have enough “working” organs and blood counts (bone marrow, liver, and kidneys) and acceptable blood clotting tests.
  • Be able to provide tumor tissue (archived or fresh) within 2 years, unless the study doctor decides it’s okay to proceed without tissue if other criteria fit.
