Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your breast cancer is HR-positive and HER2-low (low levels of HER2 protein), and has returned or spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have not received any anti-HER2 therapy or certain other targeted drugs before.
  • You are in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities, no major organ problems, and no active infections).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured with scans or tests.
