Who can take part
- You are aged 20 to 79.
- Your heart stopped due to a medical reason, not an injury.
- Someone saw your heart stop (witnessed arrest).
- You arrive at the ER between 9 AM and 5 PM in South Korea or 8 AM to 8 PM in Taiwan.
- Your heart is not already beating again (no pulse) when you reach the ER.
- You have not been diagnosed with aortic disease (like a tear or ballooning of the aorta) or gastrointestinal bleeding that caused the arrest.
