Who can take part
- You can sign an informed consent form and agree to follow the study plan for its full length
- You’re 18–89 years old
- You have heart failure with a heart scan number (ejection fraction) under 40%
- You are willing to join cardiac rehabilitation, and you haven’t done it in the last year
- You can exercise on a treadmill
- You meet health safety checks (including some heart rhythm, lung, weight, pregnancy, and infection criteria)
