Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma (a rare mixed liver cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread
- You have not had systemic treatment, or your first treatment (that did not include anlotinib or Gemox) has stopped working
- You have at least one measurable tumor (visible on scans)
- Your overall health allows you to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1), and your liver and kidney function are adequate
- You agree to use effective birth control if you are of childbearing potential
