Who can take part

  • Your child is 7 to 17 years old
  • You live in Miami-Dade County
  • You and your child can speak English or Spanish well enough to take part in study activities
  • At least one parent or caregiver lives with the child and can attend all visits
  • Your child has noticeable emotional concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, or obsessive-compulsive symptoms (we will check this with a short interview)
  • Your child has not been in a psychiatric hospital in the past 6 months
