Who can take part
- You are 18–65 years old
- You have symptoms of an emotional disorder (such as depression, anxiety, panic, phobia, OCD, or adjustment difficulties) confirmed by a diagnostic interview
- You speak Czech and can understand and complete study questionnaires
- You are willing to attend 14 weeks of therapy sessions and complete assessments at the start and end
- If you take psychiatric medication, your dose must be stable for at least 6 weeks before starting and remain stable during the study
- You do not have active psychosis, mania, or severe suicidal/self-harm risk requiring hospital-level care
