Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have multiple myeloma (a blood cancer that affects plasma cells)
  • You plan to receive RVd therapy (a three-drug combination: lenalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) during a hospital stay
  • You can complete at least 3 to 4 cycles of treatment
  • You do not have amyloidosis (protein buildup in organs) or serious heart conditions like heart attack, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, or prior heart surgery
  • Your heart ultrasound images are clear enough for the study
