Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma and your doctor says you are not a candidate for a stem cell transplant
  • Your blood counts are at a safe level: neutrophils (infection-fighting cells) ≥1.0, platelets ≥50
  • Your kidney function is adequate (creatinine clearance ≥30 mL/min)
  • Your liver function is normal (bilirubin ≤3 times the upper limit)
  • You have not had a severe allergic reaction to isatuximab or any ingredients in the study drugs
