Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have pain in one knee (not both) from osteoarthritis, with pain at least 4 out of 10.
  • You have x-ray or MRI signs of knee cartilage damage (grade 1 to 3).
  • You have not had any knee injections in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had knee surgery in the past year.
  • You do not have cancer, rheumatic disease, uncontrolled diabetes, or a bleeding disorder.
