Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of a neuroendocrine tumor, adrenal cortical carcinoma, or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You must have tried at least one standard treatment that stopped working or caused bad side effects.
- You must be 18 years or older and be able to do light daily activities (like desk work or light housework).
- Your blood counts (white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets) and liver/kidney function must meet certain minimum levels.
- You cannot have had major surgery, chemo, radiation, or other cancer treatment in the last 4 weeks.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control if you are able to have children.
