Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Your prostate cancer has spread and is no longer controlled by hormone therapy (castrate-resistant)
- You've already tried at least one standard treatment like enzalutamide or docetaxel
- Your organs (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs) and blood counts must be working well enough
- You can't have serious heart problems, active infections, or another cancer in the last 2 years
