PSMA-targeted CAR-T cell therapy for resistant prostate cancer

  • You are a man age 18 to 75
  • You can carry out daily activities with limited help (ECOG score 0–2)
  • Your prostate cancer is resistant to hormone treatment, with or without spread to other organs
  • Doctors can find measurable or evaluable cancer spots on scans or exams
  • Your blood organ/lung/heart tests are within allowed limits (including adequate oxygen and heart pumping function)
