CAR-T cell injection for advanced prostate cancer

Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (CRPC)

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • Your prostate cancer has not responded to hormone therapy, and you have had at least one new type of hormone treatment.
  • You must have a PSMA-positive tumor (a specific marker on cancer cells).
  • You need to be in fairly good health, with a performance score of 0 or 1 (able to do daily activities).
  • You cannot have had certain prior treatments like other cell therapies or PSMA-targeted therapies.
