Treatments studied
Part of Immune system & allergy, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.
This trial tests a new medicine called ALE.F02 for people newly diagnosed with a type of kidney inflammation called rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (RPGN) caused by ANCA vasculitis. The goal is to see if it can help rescue kidney function.

This trial tests a new medicine called FXS6837 for people with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease. It aims to see if the drug can help protect kidney function. Participants must have a recent kidney biopsy showing certain features and stable kidney function.
This study tests a new medicine, RG002C0106, to see how it is processed in people with normal or mildly to moderately reduced kidney function. It helps researchers understand how kidney function affects the drug, which is important for future dosing recommendations.
This study tests a new ADARx medicine in Chinese adults with specific types of kidney disease (IgAN, C3G, or IC-MPGN). The goal is to see if this treatment can slow kidney damage and help preserve kidney function.
This trial studies whether extending low-dose prednisone alongside rituximab (given as infusions at set times) helps keep microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) or granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) in remission. If you respond to initial treatment, the goal is to reduce the chance of relapse and maintain disease control.
This trial tests an investigational drug (STR-P004) given by IV to treat kidney diseases caused by the immune system. It aims to see if the drug is safe and tolerable for patients with conditions like lupus nephritis or ANCA vasculitis.
This study tests a new combination treatment for people newly diagnosed with a type of kidney inflammation linked to ANCA-associated vasculitis. The treatment combines a targeted medication (obinutuzumab) with a low dose of steroids, aiming to control the disease with fewer side effects.
