Who can take part
- You weigh at least 77 pounds (35 kilograms).
- You have a kidney biopsy confirming IgA nephropathy (IgAN) or C3 glomerulopathy (C3G) within the past 3 years.
- If you take blood pressure or diabetes medications (ACE inhibitors, ARBs, or SGLT2 inhibitors), you've been on a steady dose for at least 6-12 weeks before starting.
- Your urine protein level is high (at least 1 gram per day from a 24-hour urine test).
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is better than 30 mL/min/1.73 m² (not too advanced kidney failure).
