Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be surgically removed or treated with radiation alone.
  • Your cancer has an EGFR mutation that used to respond to targeted therapy but no longer does.
  • You have not had chemotherapy or radiation for this stage of cancer, or you finished adjuvant chemo more than 6 months ago.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within a healthy range.
