Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are currently pregnant or have had a baby in the past year
- You have a higher chance of developing depression after childbirth (based on a screening score, history of depression or anxiety, or recent stressful life events)
- You speak English or Spanish
- You get care at a UHealth clinic or a rural public health clinic in Utah
- You do not have a serious mental health condition like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or severe depression, and you are not taking medication for a mental health condition
