Part of Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This trial tests if SMOFlipid, a special lipid emulsion given through an IV, is safe for children and adults who need most of their nutrition from IV for at least 8 weeks. It looks for side effects like essential fatty acid deficiency or liver problems.

This study compares two types of IV nutrition (Intralipid and SMOF Lipid) for children undergoing stem cell transplants for leukemia. It aims to find which option is better for helping them recover.
This study tests whether RELIZORB helps children with short bowel syndrome (SBS), who rely on IV nutrition (and also tube feeding), absorb fats better. It is an open-label study over 90 days, meaning everyone gets the study treatment and outcomes are compared over time.
This study tests different forms of an experimental medicine called HRS-5346 to see how the body absorbs them. It is for healthy people aged 18 to 45, and the results will help decide which version to use in future studies.
This study is testing a new nutritional drink or powder to see if children like it, tolerate it well, and can stick with it. It replaces your child's current supplement with a new one, and researchers will check how it affects their digestion and overall health.
This early-phase study will raise fatty acid levels temporarily and see how the brain uses glucose (sugar) and processes energy. It may help researchers understand how metabolism in the body can change brain function.
