Who can take part
- Your child is under 18 years old
- Your child has a liver problem from IV nutrition, with a bilirubin level of 2.0 mg/dL or higher
- Your child is expected to need Omegaven for at least eight weeks
- Your child has trouble eating by mouth or has a stomach/intestinal disorder that requires IV nutrition
- Your child has not received Omegaven in the last four weeks
- Your child does not have other serious liver diseases, cirrhosis, or life-threatening conditions
