  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a smartphone that can track how much you walk each day
  • You have been diagnosed with primary non-small cell lung cancer (not cancer that has come back)
  • You are physically able to walk and do light exercise without help
  • You have not had radiation therapy before your surgery
  • You are willing to follow a two-week exercise plan before your surgery
