Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have a type of lymphoma called DLBCL (or a slow-growing lymphoma that has turned into DLBCL) with a change in the TP53 gene.
- You have had 1 to 3 prior treatments for your lymphoma, and it has come back or not responded to the last treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a PET scan (a lymph node larger than 1.5 cm or a tumor outside the lymph nodes larger than 1 cm).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are good enough to safely receive chemotherapy.
