Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a type of brain lymphoma called primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) that came back or didn't go away after treatment.
- You have already tried at least one treatment that included high-dose methotrexate.
- Your tumors can be seen on MRI and are at least 1 cm in size.
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, heart) are good enough for treatment.
