Study of anakinra for advanced heart failure on inotrope therapy

Heart Failure

Treatments studied

Part of Digestive system, Heart & circulation, Infections clinical trials.

This study tests whether a drug called anakinra can improve how your heart responds to inotrope therapy (medicines that help your heart pump). It is for people with advanced heart failure who are already on a steady dose of these medicines and have signs of inflammation.
