Can a new combo help Graves' disease go into remission?

This trial tests a combination of two medicines (methimazole and mycophenolate) to see if they can help people with newly diagnosed Graves' disease go into remission faster and more safely. Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old
  • You have just been diagnosed with Graves' disease (have not had treatment before)
  • Your thyroid problems are not due to other causes (like lumps, nodules, or other thyroid diseases)
  • You do not have severe eye problems from thyroid disease that need treatment
  • Your liver, kidneys, heart, and blood counts are in a healthy range
