Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have Graves' disease that hasn't gotten better with standard treatments (like antithyroid drugs for at least 3 years, or multiple relapses).
  • Your blood tests show a certain antibody (TRAb) that is active.
  • You agree to use effective birth control for 12 months after treatment.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study schedule.
