This study uses real-time MRI to take detailed images of your jaw joint (the temporomandibular joint) to better understand its normal and painful variations. It may help if you have jaw pain or clicking, but you don't need to have a problem to join.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You need to be able to understand and follow instructions given by the research team.
  • You must have health insurance or be covered by a social security plan.
  • You cannot have large metal dental work, like bridges or crowns.
  • You must not have lost more than 5 teeth.
  • You should not be afraid of enclosed spaces (claustrophobia) or have any other reason that prevents an MRI.
