Study of BDTX-1535 for brain tumors with EGFR changes

Who can take part

  • You have a high-grade glioma (WHO grade 3 or 4) that is either newly diagnosed or has come back after standard treatment.
  • Your tumor has a confirmed change (alteration or fusion) in the EGFR gene.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You need to have surgery to remove the tumor as part of this study.
  • You must be in fairly good health overall, with adequate organ function and no uncontrolled infections or heart problems.
