This study tests if blinatumomab, an immunotherapy drug, can prevent B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) from coming back in people who have already had a donor stem cell transplant. You may qualify if you had a relapse before transplant or had a positive minimal residual disease test, and if you are now in complete remission after the transplant.

Who can take part

  • You have B-ALL and either relapsed before transplant or had a positive test for a small number of leukemia cells in your bone marrow just before transplant
  • You are between 16 and 65 years old
  • Your overall health is good (able to care for yourself or up and about more than half the day)
  • You are in complete remission (no signs of leukemia) after your donor stem cell transplant
  • Your blood cell counts have recovered enough after transplant (for example, your white blood cells and platelets are at safe levels without needing daily growth factor shots or platelet transfusions)
  • You do not have active graft-versus-host disease (a condition where the donor cells attack your body), active infections, or serious organ problems
