Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You have complicated or heavily calcified blockages in your heart arteries that need treatment like stenting (angioplasty) or bypass surgery.
- Your heart disease includes at least one of these: long or very calcified blockages, re-narrowing inside a previous stent, a completely blocked artery (CTO), a blocked left main artery, a blockage at a branch point (bifurcation), a blockage in a bypass graft, or small vessel disease not suitable for stenting.
- You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to be in the study.
