This study looks at whether a community exercise program can help older adults with long-term muscle or joint pain. It is designed for people who are not already active and want to try a gentle, guided exercise program.

Who can take part
- You are 50 years old or older.
- You have had muscle or joint pain for at least 3 months.
- You do not currently exercise for 150 minutes or more each week (like brisk walking, swimming, or cycling).
- You do not have a health condition that could be made worse by exercise (such as a heart or nerve problem, or a condition that causes extreme tiredness after activity).
- You are able to speak and understand English enough to give consent and fill out forms.
