Who can take part

  • You are between 70 and 80 years old.
  • You feel your memory and thinking skills are normal, and you can do daily tasks like shopping and managing money without help.
  • You scored 26 or higher on a standard memory test (MoCA).
  • A blood test shows that your p-tau181 level is higher than normal – this is a sign of Alzheimer's-related changes in the brain.
  • You do not have Parkinson's, a history of stroke, certain types of dementia, active cancer, severe heart or lung disease, or take immune-suppressing medications. You also do not live with someone who has a weakened immune system.
