Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of familial hypercholesterolemia with a specific gene mutation.
- You must be on a stable statin therapy for at least 4 weeks and still have high LDL cholesterol levels.
- You must be in generally good health with normal blood counts, liver and kidney function.
