Who can take part
- You are 18 or older (no upper age limit)
- You have severe or moderate hemophilia A or B (less than 5% clotting factor activity)
- You have severe von Willebrand disease (less than 15% activity on a specific test)
- You are not infected with HIV
- You have no other bleeding disorder besides hemophilia or von Willebrand disease
- You can have a brain MRI (no metal in body or severe claustrophobia)
