Who can take part

  • You were assigned female at birth and are at least 18 years old
  • You self-identify as Hispanic/Latina
  • You were diagnosed with stage I–III breast cancer within the last 5 years, and you have no current or spreading cancer
  • You are at least 60 days past treatment (chemo, radiation, and cancer surgery), except hormone-type maintenance treatments may be allowed
  • Your starting BMI is 27 or higher, and you are able to do the program safely (phone + internet access)
