XELOX plus fruquintinib and sintilimab for stomach cancer with liver or lymph node spread

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have HER2-negative or HER2-unknown stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has come back or spread to only the liver or retroperitoneal lymph nodes (up to 5 spots, each less than 5 cm).
  • You have not had prior treatment with a VEGFR-targeted drug or a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor.
  • You are able to swallow pills, have no active bleeding, and have good organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, bone marrow).
  • You do not have other cancers (except certain early-stage ones), high blood pressure that is hard to control, serious heart conditions, autoimmune diseases, or active infections like hepatitis B or C.
  • You have not had blood clots or strokes in the last 6 months.
