Study of BC001 plus Sintilimab and XELOX for advanced stomach cancer
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs (BC001, Sintilimab, and XELOX chemotherapy) for people with advanced or metastatic HER-2 negative stomach cancer or cancer where the stomach meets the esophagus. The goal is to see if this combination works better than standard treatments.

This clinical trial is testing a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (AK104 and AK112) plus chemotherapy as the first treatment for advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. It aims to see if this combination helps control the cancer better than standard therapy.
This study tests two new immunotherapy drugs (KN026 and KN046) with or without chemotherapy (XELOX) for people with a specific type of advanced stomach cancer that makes too much HER2 protein. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow the cancer.
This trial tests combining adebrelimab (an immunotherapy) with chemotherapy (XELOX) before and after surgery for stomach cancer that hasn't spread. The goal is to see if this approach helps shrink tumors and improves outcomes.
This phase 3 study compares two versions of a first-time treatment for HER2-negative advanced stomach or gastroesophageal cancer, both including immunotherapy (sintilimab). It looks for a safer or more effective way to slow cancer growth or improve outcomes.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy (XELOX), a targeted therapy (fruquintinib), and an immunotherapy (sintilimab) to shrink stomach cancer that has spread only to the liver or retroperitoneal lymph nodes. The goal is to make the cancer removable by surgery.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy (XELOX), an immunotherapy drug (Sintilimab), and hyperbaric oxygen therapy for people with advanced or metastatic stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. The goal is to see if this triple therapy helps shrink or control the cancer better than current options.
