Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • Your blood pressure is between 100/60 and 140/90 mmHg (normal to slightly elevated).
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30.
  • You do not have any heart, kidney, metabolic, or neurological conditions.
  • You are not taking medications for high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, or psychiatric conditions.
