Who can take part

  • You have moderate to severe shoulder pain that has lasted at least 6 months.
  • You have tried treatments like pain medications, injections, or physical therapy for at least 6 months, including 6 weeks of physical therapy.
  • You do not have certain blood vessel problems or severe kidney disease.
  • You have not had shoulder replacement or rotator cuff repair surgery.
  • You are not pregnant and do not plan to become pregnant during the study.
