Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You have had shoulder pain for at least 1 month
- You have lost more than 30% of your shoulder's range of motion compared to your other side
- Your shoulder pain is at least 4 out of 10 when your doctor moves it
- You are willing to receive TAME or a steroid injection and attend 4 weeks of regular physical therapy
- You do not have a torn rotator cuff, severe health problems, or uncontrolled diabetes
