Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with functional dysphonia (a voice problem not caused by a visible tissue change or nerve damage).
- You are not currently in voice therapy, psychotherapy, or physical rehabilitation.
- You do not practice breathing exercises like meditation or yoga.
- You are not taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, heart medication, blood pressure medication, or inhalers.
- You do not have certain health conditions (such as lung, heart, or neurological disease, asthma, or pregnancy).
