Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that cannot be removed completely by surgery or cured with radiation.
  • Your cancer is either triple-negative (HR-negative, HER2-negative) OR HR-positive with HER2-zero or low levels of HER2.
  • You have already tried and it didn't work with a type of drug called a HER2 antibody-drug conjugate (like Enhertu, Kadcyla) OR a TROP2 antibody-drug conjugate (like Trodelvy).
  • You have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured on scans (like a CT or MRI).
  • Your organs (kidneys, liver, bone marrow) are working well enough, and you are expected to live at least 3 more months.
