Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HR-positive and HER2-negative and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
- You have already tried at least one type of chemotherapy in the advanced stage and it stopped working.
- You have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured on a scan.
- You can provide a sample of your tumor tissue from when your cancer was diagnosed as advanced or metastatic.
- Your overall health is good (able to be up and about with light activity), and your organs like liver, kidneys, and bone marrow are working well enough.
- If you could become pregnant, you must agree to use very effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
