Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with an advanced solid tumor that has either not responded to standard treatment or has not been treated yet for metastatic disease.
- You are able to perform daily activities without significant help (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans outside the brain.
- You have a stored tissue sample or can provide a new biopsy from your tumor.
- You have not had prior treatment targeting HER3 or with a type of drug called topoisomerase I inhibitor.
