Clot imaging for heart attacks with clear arteries

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You had chest pain, an abnormal heart tracing (ECG), and positive blood test for heart damage (troponin).
  • Your angiogram showed that your main heart arteries were not blocked (non-obstructive).
  • You cannot have certain other causes of your symptoms, such as stress cardiomyopathy, heart muscle inflammation, severe kidney disease, or be pregnant/breastfeeding.
  • You must be able to lie flat for the scan and have no allergies to contrast dye.
