  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 45.
  • You are not very active (less than 150 minutes of exercise per week).
  • You have access to a computer or smartphone with internet.
  • You speak English and are willing to not join other weight loss programs for 5 months.
