Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has an EGFR mutation (either Ex19del, L858R, or T790M).
- You have been treated with osimertinib, and your cancer has slowly gotten worse over more than 6 months without sudden, widespread growth.
- You plan to take furmonertinib at a double dose (160 mg) as your next treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or PET-CT scan and hasn't been treated with radiation before.
- A biopsy after your cancer became resistant did not find any other treatable targets.
