Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old and able to consent to the study
- Have advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation
- Have an EGFR 19Del or L858R mutation confirmed by a ctDNA blood test (from an approved hospital)
- Have not had prior treatment for advanced lung cancer (except certain limited early treatments before 6 months)
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans and be well enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1)
- Be able and willing to take oral study medicine and provide blood samples for genetic testing
